Oak Three Tier Buffet, Whatnot.
A good usable three tier what-not or buffet stand. The free standing set of shelves are constructed of oak, the four upright posts raised on castors.
What-nots were exceedingly popular in the first three-quarters of the 19th century in England and were used for displaying china, ornaments or "what nots".
This is a nice clean and original example with original finish.
