Bramptons Chains Motoring Print by Cecil Aldin
A very rare colourful motoring chromolithographic print after Cecil Aldin. The scene depicts a lady & gent with bicycles talking to a gentleman with motor cycle. In the background there is a couple in a vintage car outside the village Inn (The Red Lion) being served drinks. On the wall behind the cyclists there is a poster on the wall advertising Bramton Chains. The poster is coming away from the wall so not all of it is visible, it reads 'cycles and motor-cars use only Brampton Chains, sold by ins & Sons, otor agents'. A rather splendid rare motoring print in original oak frame.
