Arthur Weaver

Arthur Weaver graduated from the Hornsey School of Art in 1938 and has worked in a variety of mediums and subject matter. From depicting oilwells and mines to hunting, curling and fishing subjects he is best known for his fine views of golf courses of the world. His work is featured in many clubs and houses both sides of the Atlantic and can be seen in the U.S.G.A. museum. Since having painted his first golf scene , of Royal Liverpool in 1956 he has become one of the most respected of contemporary golf artists.
