VINTAGE HARDY PERFECT TROUT FLY FISHING REEL.
A good Hardy Perfect trout fly reel with ebonite handle, alloy foot, white agate line guide and rim tension screw. The face plate is marked THE "PERFECT" 3 1/8". The reel is in very good usable condition.
This model dates from the late 1970's through to the late 80's. The check is known as a compensating mechanism and was first used in the Lightweight series in the 1960's.
