Vintage Navy Nippon Binoculars.
A superb pair of Japanese Binoculars on an aluminum gimble and old adjustable wooden tripod tripod. The magnification is 15 X 80 and they are extremely well manufactured by Nippon Kogaku, Tokio. These long-range binoculars were probably originally used in the Imperial Japanese Navy. The binoculars have been professionally restored and the optical quality is excellent. The whole apparatus has been stripped of paint and highly polished, they are almost a functional piece of art.
The dimensions given are without tripod.
