A framed, hand coloured Oxford Lithograph 'The Oxford Undergrad' by Cuthbert Bradley. Published July 1st 1886, by Messrs. Fores, 41 Piccadilly, London. The main image shows a pair of crossed oars with the coat of arms of the University of Oxford, a pack of hounds with subtitle 'The Little Currant Jelly Dogs'. The central illustration is surrounded by ten colourful vignettes each with separate subtitle:- The Heythrop Stonewall Country, Grinding, Ratting and Sailing, Stabled At Symonds, Polo and Petticoats, Ladies Enjoy Commem Week, A Row In The High - Town and Gown, After 9pm - Surprised By Proctors, Coaching The Varsity Trial Eight, Going To The Aylesbury Races.
A wonderful partner to Cuthbert's 'The Sporting Cantab'.
