A good early willow cricket bat made by J. Bartlett & Co., Waterloo Road, London. The bat has a rounded back, cord strung handle, round shoulders and very attractive patination. The blade stamped 'J.Bartlett & Co., Waterloo Road, Patent Compress'd'.
