A good autographed cricket bat,'The Richie Benaud autograph' with a facsimile of his autograph. Made by Nicolls of Robertsbridge (now Gray Nicolls). On the front of the blade are 16 original pen signatures of the 1961 Australian Touring Party led by Benaud. The signatures are Richie Benaud, Neil Harvey, Ron Gaunt, Alan Davidson, Lindsay Kline, Peter Burge, Bill Lawry, Bob Simpson, Frank Misson, Colin McDonald, Wally Grout, Brian Booth, Ken MacKay, Graham McKenzie, Barry Jarman and Norman O'Neill.

Richard 'Richie' Benaud OBE is a former Australian cricketer born in Penrith, New South Wales in 1930. He played 63 Tests matches from 1951 to 64, 28 of them as the captain. Upon retiring from international cricket in 1964 he has became a highly regarded cricket commentator. Benaud was a great all-rounder and helped restore Australia's form in world cricket in the late 50's and early 60's.
He was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire in 1961 for services to cricket.
