John Jaques regulation Croquet Set.
A good quality John Jaques garden croquet set with four mallets, complete with its original pine box. The set comes with four boxwood croquet mallets, no chips or cracks, with alignment dots, octagonal ash handles (which helps a player 'feel' the alignment of the mallet in play). Each head marked 'Jaques, London' with the faces scored with concentric rings to aid the playing of stop shots and follow through roll shots. There are four coloured balls in the standard croquet colours, six bent metal hoops, metal hoop gauge, hoop spike, two winning posts, four coloured sprung metal clips and a wooden mallet.
A wonderful set to grace anybody's lawn.
The size shown is for the pine box, the mallets are 96 cm in length.
