2¼" Hardy Brass Fly Fishing Reel.
An early small brass five pillar centerpin, revolving plate, trout fly reel by the renowned fishing tackle firm, Hardy Brothers of Alnwick. Fitted with a single tapered cow horn handle, fixed check, face plate stamped with enclosed oval logo "Hardy Bros. Makers Alnwick". The reel retaining good finish, shown depth of the reel is 3 cm without the handle, handle is an extra 2 cm.
