Victor Venner(1869 - 1913) painted at the turn of the 20th century, he was an English Illustrator and cartoonist. Born Edgar John Victor Venner and was renowned for his Humorous prints. His golfing prints include 'The Lucky Dog' & 'Addressing The ball' that were published in 1904. His other known golfing work appeared a few years later 'The Golfers Link'. He contributed to 'Punch' and was a member of the London Sketch Club.
