Persimmon head Auchterlonie socket head brassie with hickory shaft and replaced suede leather grip. The head stamped 'Auchterlonie Special', the original shaft stamped 'Auchterlonie, St Andrews'. The club head with lead weight to the rear and a horn sole plate to the leading edge and a full brass sole plate secured with six screws.
A great brassie in good original condition and very usable for modern hickory play. Approximate 13° loft .
