Advertising Dunlop Man.
An original 1930's colourful advertising golf figure in the form of a caddie with a dimple golf ball as his head. He has a pencil bag over his shoulder with original set of clubs in it, four irons and two woods. The point of sale Dunlop Man is constructed from plaster of Paris, the base has the slogan in relief: "We play DUNLOP" on one side, "6 DUNLOP 6" on the back of the golf ball head. Paint work is in great shape. The original Dunlop men would have been on display on the counters in the golf pro shop to advertise and promote Dunlop golf balls.
A great highly collectable decorative golfing piece.

Overall great original condition. Normally 'We Play Dunlop' is on two sides of the base. For some reason one has been partially filled in, base has been refinished.
