Advertising Dunlop Man.
A colourful advertising golf figure in the form of a caddie with a dimple golf ball as his head. He has a pencil bag over his shoulder with three clubs in it, two irons and a wood. The point of sale piece is constructed from resin and is a modern copy of the collectable Dunlop Man. The base has the slogan in relief: "We play DUNLOP" and the paint work has been done to a very high standard and could easily fool the untrained eye into thinking it is an original Dunlop man. The original Dunlop men would have been on display on the counters in the pro shop to advertise and promote Dunlop golf balls.
