Eight Student Life Lithographs, A Few Familiar Scenes, Eton & Oxford.
Set of eight framed tinted lithographs with hand-colouring after the pictures by Rev George Robert Winter. Published in 1848 by J.Ryman, High Street, Oxford. Framed in original glazed mahogany frames with gold slip and paper trade label for Thomas Agnew & Sons. Fine Art publishers to His Majesty, Manchester, 14 Exchange Street, Liverpool, Exchange Art Gallery, Dale Street, London, Old Bond Street Galleries, Piccadilly. Rev George Robert Winter - 1826-1895 (illustrator) - Eton and Oxford - a few scenes sketched from Recollections and dedicated to the Earl of Darnley.

The lithographs are known as:- "Your Name and College Sir?" - Scene with the Proctor, A Scene in the Great Go School, Bullington on a Summer's Afternoon, Scene on the River - A Race Night, Cricket Match, Eton Wall Game, Speeches in Upper School & The Hunting Breakfast.
