Antique hunting mixed-method engraving of a pair of hounds after the original art work by Heywood Hardy. An artist's proof engraved by Joseph Bishop Pratt (1854-1910) and published by Thomas Agnew & Sons. This wonderful large and impressive dog picture is of Stormer and Grasper of the Hertfordshire Hunt, 1900. It is framed in original oak frame with gold slip and signed in pencil beneath the image by both the artist and the engraver with a Printseller's Association blindstamp. Printed above top margin 'Published April 15th 1901 by Thos. Agnew & Sons, London, Liverpool & Manchester Copyright'.
