A good signed Snaffles WWII military lithograph with the title 'Once Upon A Time'. The picture shows Brigadier Scott-Cockburn and his driver sitting by their Vickers - Armstrongs Limited light tank mark VI. They are dreaming of pig sticking, steeple chasing, polo and hunting with their dreams visualized around them. This Charles "Snaffles" Johnson Payne (1884 1967) picture is in excellent original condition and framed in an oak frame with the Snaffles blindstamp (a bridle bit) and artists signature in pencil.
