Vintage Gradidge Cricket Bat.
A good willow cricket bat by Gradidge of London. The "Denis Compton" autograph bat is in good condition with a lovely dark patina. The blade is embossed with a crown on each shoulder, the words 'Gradidge' under one, 'London' under the other. Also 'Long Handle with 'Gradidge' within a red oval, made in England, Denis Compton Autograph, supplied by Field Sports (Derby) Ltd.'. The handle is with a strung grip, the bottom of the blade with whipping for extra strength.
