A very rare and early Victorian croquet rule book, The Laws and Regulations of the Game of Croquet, published by John Jaques in 1865. This second edition, 48-page illustrated volume is the 'New Edition, Thoroughly Revised' issued for the ensuing season, incorporating modifications and additions to the minor laws of the game.
