Vintage F.H. Ayres Croquet Set.
A high quality F.H. Ayres croquet set on a new oak carry stand. The set is with four boxwood croquet mallets. All mallets are with octagonal ash handles and marked 'F.H.Ayres'. To complete the set there are four wooden balls in the standard croquet colours, six metal hoops and two new posts (each with coloured bands; the colour sequence indicating the order of play).
The stand makes it easier to transport the set out to the lawn, but also looks very attractive standing in the hall.
