Victorian James Shoolbred & Co Umbrella, Stick Stand,
A highly decorative and exceptional quality dark oak and brass stick or umbrella stand with original removable drip tray. There is no maker's mark to this stand but it is a recognized design by James Shoolbred & Co. and is of the same high quality craftsmanship. The stand having brass finials, a top shelf with baluster turned pierced gallery supported by a brass S-scroll bracket, a panelled back fitted with decorative brasses, a brass tubular stick/umbrella holder, a removable drip tray to the bottom and raised on two front brass swept bracket feet. James Shoolbred & Co. had a department store in Tottenham Court Road, London.
All in excellent original condition throughout, brolly, shooting stick and golf club for display purposes only and are not included in the price.

Very good with nice patina. The drip tray appears to be original but is missing some of its painted surface, but is fully functional.
