Antique Pair Of Cecil Aldin Prints, 'Mated' and 'Revoked'.
A large pair of rare original gaming chromolithographs by Cecil Aldin in the original oak frames. The colourful pictures are titled 'Mated' and 'Revoked' and each picture with printed artists signature in the bottom left hand corner with the date 1901 and the artists signature in pencil. Published by Lawrence & Bullen Ltd. in 1901. "MATED" depicts a couple of gentlemen playing a game of chess whilst "REVOKED" shows four gents in the middle of a heated game of cards.
