Royal Doulton 19th Hole Plate.
An early Royal Doulton plate with polychrome golfing scene entitled `The 19th Hole`. The scene is of two distinguished gentleman enjoying a drink, the golf course can be seen in the background. The plate is in very good condition with Royal Doulton stamp to the rear with pattern No. D3770.
The pattern numbers for this series were D3755 and D3770. It was first introduced in 1914 and withdrawn by 1930.
