This prepared fox mask, fox head, is mounted on a good quality oak shield impressed to reverse 'P. Spicer & Sons, Leamington'. The fox is mounted looking right, facing him our left, with a snarling pose with which Spicer was renowned for. There is a white plaque inscribed "Sir. W.W. Wynn's, Fernhill, Halston Big Wood, Jan 11th. 1928".
