An excellent mounted hartebeest scull and horns on oak shield by the renowned British taxidermist, Rowland Ward of Piccadilly. The shaped shield with ivorine plaque to the front 'Talek River, October 18th 1924'. The rear with a Rowland Ward's 167 Piccadilly 'The Jungle' paper trade label with a catalogue No. 8149.
