Vintage Bronzed Spelter Golf Bookends.
A fine Art Deco pair of green verdigris spelter golf bookends on green marble bases. The two golfing bookends comprise of a male golfer in full follow through position and a young caddy carrying a golf bag with clubs. The golf figure measures 9¼ inches high, the caddie 6 inches high, both bases are 4½ inches wide by 3½ inches deep.
The marble bases are in very good condition, no chips or cracks. The male golfer is also in excellent condition. The caddy has had some repairs, his fingers on his left hand have been glued back on and both his feet have been broken at sometime.
If these bookends need to be posted they will be removed from their bases to make them safer for transit.
