A rare, walnut 5 ¾ inch fishing reel with active line measure and unusual sprung handle. The reel with twin turned wooden handles, brass line guard, brass back plate, optional check and central tension screw. The back plate with line measure aperture. A high quality wooden reel, maker unknown.
