Cast Iron Doctors Scales.
A working pair of painted imperial platform scales with a set of weights. The weights included are two sets of 8 stone, one 4 stone and one 2 stone. The brass beam is marked in LBS, 0 – 7. The scales are nicely painted in green with gold coach work. The pressure plate is free and working. This type of scale is often found in doctors' surgeries but look great in a bathroom. These scales are in great condition, maker unknown.
