A good persimmon wood 'Celtic' branded hickory shafted brassie or spoon by Robert Forgan & Son of St Andrews. The club head and shaft marked with Forgan's details; the club head also stamped 'Celtic'. The club has an old rubberized grip and the head has a full brass plate, traditional pegged horn slip along the leading edge of the sole, pegged face insert and lead weight to rear. The original hickory shaft has a slight oval shape to its profile.
The measurements shown are the length of the club and the width and depth of the face.
