Set Of Hickory Golf Clubs, Irons
Set Of Playable Hickory Shafted Golf Clubs.
A very good set of five usable hickories (hickory shafted golf clubs). The set is made up of an 1,2,3 & 4 Iron and a Mashie Niblick. Three of the club heads are stamped with the 'anchor' cleek mark for Stadium Golf Co. These heads were forged especially for Stadium by the Gourlays and carry the autograph of the golf professional 'J W Gaudin', born in Jersey 1876 and was profession of Alwoodly GC when these clubs were made. The two remaining clubs carry the autograph of the golf professional 'Jack Jarman', Ravensworth Park (1921 - 1930). The Mashie Niblick carries the 'star' cleek mark for William Gibson, Fife. The 4 iron is stamped with the 'bear' cleek mark of Leyland & Birmingham Rubber Co.
All the clubs have a old polished leather grips and are in good usable condition.
The measurement shown is the length of the shaft with hosel and the width and depth of the face for the No.1 iron.
