Wilson Western Sporting Goods Co. Center Shafted Duplex Putter, The 'Sharpshooter'.
A beautiful designed duplex putter with alloy head by the Wilson Western Sporting Goods Co. called The 'Sharpshooter'. Made with a center shafted wide bodied aluminium head, it has a brass insert on the sweet spot that goes through the club head and is visible on both sides. The attractive dual faced putter is nicely weighted, can be used either right or left handed, is for men or ladies, well balanced and ideal for hickory play. The club face with full diamond pattern face markings, hickory shaft with polished leather grip.
The 'Sharpshooter' is based on the wooden 'Amby Dex' which was first offered in Wilson's 1925 catalogue, The 'Sharpshooter' was offered along side the 'Amby Dex' from 1926 through to 1930.
