Vintage Spelter Golf Bookends Of Legendary Golfer, Bobby Jones.
The pair of golfing figures modeled on the renowned American amateur golfer Robert Tyre "Bobby" Jones Jr. (1902 - 1971). Manufactured by Weidlich Brothers in a white metal alloy (spelter) with a bronzed effect. The back of the figures impressed with 'WB' within a shield and '4192 copyright U.S.A'. The figures are identical.
Weidlich Brothers was one of America's premier art metal and trophy manufacturers in the early part of the 20th century.
The books are for decoration and are sold separately.
