Hunting, Shooting Print, Three Gun Dogs.
A wonderful colourful picture of three setters. The hand coloured photogravure is signed and dated in the bottom right hand corner, Colin Graeme 1900. The original frame with a gold wash and applied cartridge bag and shot gun. Great detail in the picture with the three gun dogs, pheasants and game creel.

Colin Graeme Roe was a British 19th Century painter who was born in 1858. Painter of equestrian and sporting scenes, he painted portraits of hunters (usually in stables), otter hunting scenes and specialised in gundogs and shooting scenes. He operated from the Sheffield area, thought to be the son of Robert Henry Roe and known to sign his works Colin Graeme Roe and Colin Graeme, most often also dating his works.
