A set of four humorous Edwardian double entendre billiard chromolithographic prints after Hal Hurst. Each print with title:- A Lucky Kiss, Taking a Rest, A Miss in Baulk & Leaving the Red. All framed in original oak glazed frames with gold slip, a great set of Billiard pictures. The prints were advertised in "The Illustrated Sporting and Dramatic News" on November 16th, 1912.

Hal Hurst (Henry William Lowe Hurst), RI, RBA, ROI, RMS (1865 - 1938) was an English painter, etcher, miniaturist and illustrator. He was a prolific and respected artist and illustrated in excess of 20 published books. In addition, his illustrations were published in Punch, Harper's Weekly, Vanity Fair, The Idler and the Illustrated London News, amongst others.
