Vintage Hickory Golf Club, Aluminium Putter.
A good example of an aluminium putter by the Imperial Golf Co., Sunderland. This club is very similar to a Braid Mills putter made by the Standard Golf Co., also of Sunderland. The top of the head is stamped 'Imperial Golf Co. Sunderland', whilst the underside is stamped 'Special X Putter, Upright'. The club is in good usable condition, the aluminium club head is with hickory shaft and polished leather grip.
