Antique Golf Club, Brassie (Fairway Wood).
An original persimmon head socket head brassie with hickory shaft and a polished leather grip. The head stamped 'D.J Sinclair, F.G.C, Camelon', hickory shaft with the Gibson 'Star' cleek mark. The club with a full brass sole plate secured with six screws and lead weight to the rear of the head.
A great brassie in good condition.

Length 104 cm
Width of face 7.5 cm
Depth of face 3.2 cm
D.J Sinclair was a professional golfer at Golspie from 1905 to 24 and then at Falkirk for five years. Falkirk golf club can be found in central Scotland between Glasgow and Edinburgh.
