Cecil Aldin Motoring Print, Hunting Print, A Check.
This is a reproduction of a motoring chromolithographic print by Cecil Aldin, originally published by Lawrence & Bullen Ltd. in 1903. The prints were done as a pair and are titled 'A Check' and 'Gone Away'. This print is called 'A Check' and depicts a lady having broken down in her motor car and a huntsman has come to her rescue. The Cecil Aldin signature is printed. The print has been framed in an old period oak frame with gold slip.
