An Original genuine 1960's Malcolm Campbell 'Texolex' safety helmet. Developed by Malcolm Campbell in the 1960's and used by many, racing drivers to miners with British Patten Application No.20206/67. Embossed "Texolex" to the underside of the peak. With original leather 'Campbell Adjustable Head Cradle'. Head sweatband embossed with Campbells details 'A Texolex Safety Helmet, Malcolm Campbell, 5 Great James Street, London W.C.1'. This helmet is in great condition, size 7 to 7 ¾, barely worn with the headlining fresh with very little wear to the leather band.
