Tennis Racket.
Unused 1915 lawn tennis racket 'Driva (Champion)' by William & Co., 1 & 3 Rue Caumartin, Paris. The long oval ash framed racket is in exceptionally good condition and is marked with the name of the racket and William & Co. Paris in gold lettering on the walnut convex wedge. The thick hexagonal handle is unpolished and has its original leather butt cap with William's details. The racket is in A1 condition because it is still in the canvas carry case with the original Williams triangular wooden press. The racket has probably only been strung a few years ago as the stringing appears to be nylon. The last image is a copy of an old advert for the racket.
