Large Rare Feather Battledore, Badminton Shuttlecock.
A early rare large natural feather Battledore shuttle made in France. The shuttlecock tip finished in brown velvet with 31 goose feathers, the vanes on the feathers are in very good condition. On the inside of the tip is stamped in blue ink 'PLOMBĒ' with in an oval.
A very rare find indeed.
