Imported Lawn Tennis Racket, Kertész Tȯdor, Budapest.
A wooden lawn tennis racket 'The Premier'. A nice ash framed racket with convex wedge. The walnut wedge is embossed 'The Premier' on one side and 'Imported by Kertész Tȯdor, Budapest' on the other. The racket has an ash frame with white gut stringing with three rows of black trebling to the top and two to the bottom. The handle is thicker than normal, has the original leather butt cap and has a small brass plaque on one side, 'Kertész Tȯdor, Sport. Diszmü. Játék, Budapest' and is stamped 14 ½ on the opposite side.
